Custom Tattoos need 4 to 6 days for printing and we will notify you automatically when it has been shipped!

Generally sometimes Airport security holds packages for 3 to 5 days extra (something we are unable to control) so please wait for this patiently when it says "Securty" related on tracking page.

Is your tattoo a Custom Order? Please allow 4 to 6 working days additionally for us to print your tattoos before shipping.

If you recently just applied your tattoos, please allow 4 to 5 days for development! Then follow these steps on this guide for further advice!

Color Development: The color of your tattoo will start to develop within 24 hours and will fully mature in 4 to 5 days. Expect a range from blue/green to dark blue-black, unique to your skin's chemistry.

Fade Dynamics: Your tattoo will fade naturally as your skin regenerates. Avoid excessive heat, water exposure, or friction from activities like exfoliation.

Placement Considerations: Tattoos placed on hands, wrists, or other high-maintenance areas may fade faster due to frequent washing and friction.

Sleeping Tips: During the first night, wear loose, soft clothing over the tattoo to avoid friction while sleeping.

HOW TO MAKE IT EXTRA DARK?
If you have cling wrap at home (yes, the one we use for food wraps!) apply the tattoo at night time as per above instructions, apply cling wrap over the arm (for arm applications only) and sleep with the cling wrap and you'll have your tattoos looking darker when you wake up! Moisture builds up causing your tattoos to look more darker than waiting 3 to 5 days of normal waiting

If you apply it normally without this technique, it just requires 4 to 5 days for your tattoos to develop as it reacts through the skin. Moisturize daily, avoid scrubbing during development & wait patiently for few days.

Tattoo darkness depends on design, thickness of tattoo, Minimal Small Tattoos appear less than big bold thick tattoos. 

If you're not using cling wrap technique, wear long sleeves on the first 1 to 2 nights so you don't sleep and wake up with two tattoos as it might transfer to your body / or face! 

• Moisturize: After 24 hours, lightly moisturize the area daily to keep the skin hydrated.
• Fade Dynamics: Your tattoo will fade naturally as your skin regenerates. Avoid excessive heat, water exposure, or friction from activities like exfoliation.
• Placement Considerations: Tattoos placed on hands, wrists, or other high-maintenance areas may fade faster due to frequent washing and friction.
• Gentle Removal: To remove the tattoo, gently exfoliate the area with high quality exfoliating glove until the design fades away over few days during shower. 
• Your tattoo also fades gradually after the first week and should be gone by 3rd week:)

This is normal on the first 1 to 2 days as it reacts to your skin during development! No need to worry!

Apply moisturizer to make sure skin is hydrated well & the sticky bits naturally fade away after few days.

If your package is stuck in "Customs Security" please allow a few days for your tracking to say completed.

This is unfortunately something we are unable to control as all packages goes through these security protocols.

This delay is more for US based customers where the security screening is slower than rest of world such as UK.

Nothing to worry about! If it has been over 5 working days (excl. weekends) please reach out to us and we'll have a look & assist you!

Once security clearance is marked cleared on your tracking, this will then head over to your local city, then local delivery driver for delivery. All smooth from there! :)

Could you please check the surrounding area in your home, maybe sitting in corner.

We noticed carriers are updating delivered notices but it takes additional 1-2 days before it actually delivers, this could also be the case as we notice this to be happening to our other customers.

So if ever, if it's not in surrounding, please allow 1-2 extra days in case the delivery (the real one) is maybe 1-2 days more. If not, we're always here let us know and we'll assist you!
