Cancellations and Refunds Policy
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed or delivered.
By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final unless your item is defective, lost, or stolen during transit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations After Placing an Order
We are unable to accept cancellations or returns on orders that have been processed, opened, or used.
This means that if your tattoos have started the printing process within 24 hours of your order being placed, we are unable to cancel the order, as the production process has already begun.
Once you place an order, you have 12 hours to cancel it. After this time, the printing process begins, and cancellation may no longer be possible. However, if you miss the 12-hour window, please reach out to us at hello@temporaryinked.com, and we will do our best to offer alternative solutions.
Please note that any approved cancellations will incur a 10% processing/printing fee based on the total amount of your order.
Custom Orders are non-refundable for their Custom nature, more details below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. (Not applicable for Custom Orders)
Please note that if you change your mind after receiving the order, as outlined in our "Cancellations" policy above, returns and refunds will not be available.
We only accept returns/refunds for items confirmed to be defective (i.e., opened and verified defective tattoos). If your return is eligible, we will notify you via email once we've received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Custom Upload Temporary Tattoos Refund/Return Policy
By placing an order with us for Custom Upload Temporary Tattoos, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:
Cancellation Policy: Once we have initiated the printing process for your Custom Upload tattoos, we are unable to cancel your order if more than 24 hours have passed. This is due to our inability to halt the printing queue once production has commenced.
Refunds/Returns: Custom Upload tattoos are unique and personalized for each order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on Custom Upload tattoos once the printing process has begun. Each Custom Upload order is considered final and non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@temporaryinked.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@temporaryinked.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please email us at hello@temporaryinked.com, and we will generate a pre-paid return label for you.
Product Use - Disclaimer
While all of our tattoos are made with skin-friendly materials, it's essential to remember that everyone's skin is different within each individuals skin chemistry. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or sensitivities that may occur after applying our tattoos.
If you experience discomfort, irritation, or any unexpected reaction, please discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a skin professional.
Our ink contains cosmetic-grade ingredients that you may not have previously applied to your skin. As with any cosmetic product, there is a small risk of an allergic reaction.
If a reaction occurs, it is typically mild skin irritation. In this case, discontinue use immediately. Applying a gentle, fragrance-free cream and avoiding scratching the area may help. Redness should subside within a few hours. If itching, burning, or redness persists, consult a medical professional and follow their advice before reapplying any products.
Avoid contact with eyes. If ink comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that individual skin sensitivity varies and agree that TemporaryInked Tattoos is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin responses resulting from personal sensitivity or failure to follow instructions. Use of this product constitutes acceptance of our safety guidelines and policies.
